Fly Plus Zap 30AL

Fly Plus Zap 30AL is a device with an electrified grid for capturing flying insects.

The Fly Plus Zap 30AL electric device is designed to quickly catch flying insects. It uses the attraction of UV light emitted on a certain wavelength by actinic tubes. The positioning of the UV tubes is unique so that when the Fly Plus Zap 30AL is turned on, insects can see both tubes with UV light. For this reason this lamp has a very high capture rate.

Fly Plus Zap 30AL has a deep collection tray, provided with a secure locking / unlocking system, which prevents the spread of captured insects near the lamp, and when it is removed, the device stops for easy and safe cleaning.

Flies and other light-sensitive insects will be attracted to ultraviolet light, which means that Fly Plus Zap 30AL does not use any chemicals, does not pollute or affect humans or animals.

Way of ussage:
-Fly Plus Zap 30AL has a strong and durable metal construction.
-It can be positioned in three ways: on the wall, suspended from the ceiling and free standing on a horizontal surface.
-In order to obtain the optimal results, the following conditions will be observed:
-Install the device at a height of about 2 meters from the ground, protected from direct sunlight;
-Installed near a 220 V AC power supply;
-Make sure that the device is located between the place of entry of the insects and the space you want to protect;
-Avoid as much as possible the presence of obstacles between the device and the protected area, checking practically the visibility of its light from all points of the protected area;
-Ensure continuous operation of the appliance (24 hours a day).

Maintenance:
-It requires virtually no intervention, however make sure that the electrical connection is proper and that the tubes are working. The metal surfaces are periodically wiped with a slightly damp cloth to remove any deposited impurities and to keep the pleasant appearance of the device. The intervals are established according to the degree of dirt of the area in which the device works.
-Actin tubes are replaced after 12 months of operation.

Advantage for maintenance:
-The size and construction of the device allow the replacement of tubes and starters without dismantling the protection grilles;
-Only the collecting tray is dismantled and through the lower part, access to tubes and starters is created - of course this operation will be performed by qualified personnel in compliance with the rules of work safety.
-Careful! Replacement times may vary depending on operating conditions - the longer the exposure to dust and impurities, the shorter the replacement time.
