Victoria Rhubarb is a plant with a thick rhizome, large, palmate, basal leaves with long, fleshy petioles, and cluster flowers. The petioles are used in salads and the roots, harvested, chopped, and dried from the fourth year, as medicinal for their tonic and stomach properties.
Sowing: It is sown in protected areas, starting in March. After 30 days, when they have 3-4 true leaves and 15 cm in height, they are transplanted at a distance of 100 cm between plants and 100 cm between rows. Prefers deep, loose, and fertile soil.
