Maximum attention to the quality of materials is a basic requirement for functionality and operation in optimal conditions, to obtain satisfactory results, even when working with corrosive substances. The chemical preparation is directed to the spray nozzle, where there is a strong explosion of compressed air from the blower which separates the chemical solution in the form of drops. A stainless steel nozzle ensures a constant application rate and drops of uniform size.

The spray nozzle of the Igeba generator works in a special way, namely, it is designed to operate in two stages. The flow of drops is delivered through the special nozzle without touching its inner surface. Compared to the traditional method, the ULV method produces smaller drops. Therefore, several drops of the same volume of chemical preparation are produced. Smaller droplets mean higher fog density, better distribution, and efficiency.
