Niban Granular Bait Comfort Grip, 4 lb

NIBAN Granular Insect Bait is a moisture-resistant professional bait that will not degrade from heat or sunlight and will last through four inches of rain. This product kills the microorganisms in the insect's stomach and blocks enzyme production causing starvation. Damaging insects can’t develop resistance since it affects none of the insect's major systems. Due to its active ingredient, boric acid, this professional bait attracts the specific organisms and helps controlling bacteria development and insects. Boric acid is a weak, monobasic Lewis acid of boron, which is often used as an insecticide. It exists in the form of colorless crystals or a white powder that dissolves in water.

This product can be used:
- Can be applied on lawns and in gardens;
- Storm and Water Damage: broadcast Niban in and around debris fields, inside and outside of damaged homes, around sewers and other drainage areas.

How to use:
- It can be applied using the 4lb bottle itself or using a mechanical spreader or power duster;
- Apply approximative 6 oz. per 100 square feet. / 4 lbs. per 1,000 square feet;
- In large areas, we recommend applying the granules with a hand spreader for applications;
- For outdoors: apply where ants forage or in a 2-4 foot band around your home;
- For the indoors treatments: spread in attics, cellars, crawl spaces, cracks and crevices;
- Do not apply residual insecticides or sprays near baits as that will deter pests from taking the bait;
- Reapply if necessary.
