K-Othrine Partix, 240 ml

K-Othrine Partix is a suspension concentrate insecticide with contact action, for the control of a broad spectrum of pests on any surface. Fo the use in public places as well as in domestic commercial and industrial premises.

The new improved formulation provides a long lasting effect of up to 12 weeks on complex surfaces, whilst significantly reducing active substance levels in the environment, by 50%.

Mode of action:
-K-Othrine Partix contains a natural wax (Canauba Wax) instead of a man-made solvent, therefore ensuring a lower impact on the environment. It ensures increased surface spread and protection for the active substance from degradation, UV and moisture which could lead to accelerated degradation of the spray mix.

-The unique formulation contains deltamethrin with solid particles approximately 10 times the size of other insecticides. This allows for particles to remain on the treated surface. Therefore pest insects are more likely to come into direct contact with the insecticide.

-K-Othrine Partix adequate for absorbent surfaces such as wood, concrete, stucco or textile. The solution is absorbed by the treated surface but at the same time it prevents the loss of insecticide into micro chasms as a small amount of active substance will remain on top for insects to pick up.

-Does not stain or leave any residual traces on the treated surfaces.

Effectiveness:
Knock-down effect. Ensures  a mortality of 83-100% after 1 hour after application and a mortality of 86-100%, after 24 hours. 

Where to use:
-Indoors for the control of crawling insects, house flies and spiders in public areas such as buildings, houses, warehouses, hotels, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, restaurands, shops, animal farms, domestic, commercial and industrial premises.
-Outdoors for the control of wasps in free hanging nests. 

Application:
-For control on surfaces subjected to wet cleaning: Apply spray as a spot treatment into crack and crevices. Use a max spray bandwidth of 10 cm. We recommend that you use a pin-stream nozzle or a special crack & crevice extension. Maintain a suitable distance between nozzle and sprayed surface.
-For control on surfaces not subjected to wet cleaning: Only apply spray on surfaces such as: closed areas below the kitchen furniture, under the kitchen sink, under the oven, under the fridge or the water heater. Pay attention to all crack and crevices.

Important notes:
- Avoid washing treated surfaces immediately after treatment as this will result in a loss of the insecticide efficacy;
- Pay extra attention to corners, cracks and crevices;
- Only prepare the amount of solution to be used;
- Clean the equipment after treatment.
