K-Obiol EC 25, 5 litres

K-Obiol EC 25 is a pyrethroid insecticide for the protection of stored cereals and vegetables.

Characteristics:
-It acts by contact and ingestion, to combat the most common pests of agricultural products and stored food. Treated areas include grain silos, vegetable warehouses, fruit or technical plants, warehouses, etc.
-The treatment ensures the protection of the stored products for a period of 6-10 months, and the direct application of cereals, before loading in silos, generates protection throughout the storage period (up to 12 months), without the need for any other intervention.
-Cereals treated with K-Obiol EC 25 by direct application can be consumed immediately, without any danger to human health, however, it is recommended washing in advance (in the case of vegetables).
-For the direct spray treatment, the low-pressure pump is used, directly on the cereals before loading them in silos.

Mode of action:

K-Obiol EC 25 is an insecticide formulated as an emulsion concentrated in organic solvents, for the protection of storage spaces (grain silos, vegetable stores, warehouses).

The insecticide has a shock effect and offers protection to agricultural products stored for a period of up to 6 months. The stored products, treated with K-Obiol EC 25, acquire, after the treatment, a microscopic film of active substance that protects them against the subsequent attacks of the pests.

The treatment can be carried out both on the surface of the warehouse where the agricultural products are to be kept, and directly on the products (for long-term protection) or on the materials in which the storage is to be made (bags, boxes, etc.).

Where to use it:
-In empty warehouses where agricultural products are to be stored;
-Directly on agricultural products that are (or are to be) stored;
-For the treatment of the bags in which the products are to be loaded;
-Tobacco stores.

How to use it:

K-Obiol EC 25 is approved for the protection of storage spaces in which different agricultural products (grain silos, vegetable, fruit or technical plant warehouses, warehouses) are to be stored, against specific pests.

It can be applied both in empty storage spaces and directly on agricultural products that are or are to be stored. Products treated by the direct application can be consumed immediately, without the need for a break.  

Application dose:
-Treatment of storage bags: 10 ml in 5 liters of water / 100 - 150 m².
-Surface treatment in silos or storage rooms: 50-100 ml in 5 liters of water for the treatment of empty storage spaces for 100/150 m².
-Thermal mist for moth control: 1 part product to 9 parts petroleum distillate, naphtha, or kerosene (1 L K-Obiol + 9 L diluent)
-Thermal fog to control other insects (gargles, beetles): 1 part produced to 1 part distilled from oil, naphtha, or kerosene (1 L K-Obiol + 1 L thinner)
-Dose for thermal fog: 250 ml / 1000 m3
-1000 ml in 99 liters of water for the treatment of cereals by direct application for 100 tons of cereals.

Cereals (wheat, barley, oats, rye - including by-products: flours, meal, etc.): 1% - 50 ml in 5 liters of water to treat 100 m², to control cereal caries, wheat beetle, wheat moths and flour, a gargle of wheat. It is used for the first treatment of the season, when preparing the storage surfaces (enclosures), after cleaning them of any other organic residues, depending on the warning.

Corn (including by-products: flour, meal, etc.): 1% - 50 ml / 5 liters of water / 100 m² to control specific pests, especially for stored grain corn.

Potato, beans, dried onions, etc .: 1% - 50 ml / 5 liters of water / 100 m² to control mainly vinegar mosquito and bean beetle.

K-Obiol EC 25 is used for the first treatment of the season, when preparing the storage surfaces, after cleaning them of any other organic residues, according to the warning.

The treatment will be repeated at each cycle of emptying / filling the storage space. The mixture can be applied directly to the product as well as to the materials in which the agricultural products (bags, etc.) will be stored individually.

Preparation of the spraying solution:
-Fill about 1/3 of the volume of the spraying equipment with water.
-Add the required amount of product and shake well until the insecticide is completely dispersed, then fill the container with the rest of the water.
