Physico-chemical properties:
K-obiol EC25 is presented in the form of a mobile liquid, clear, yellowish, with specific odour.
Action Mode:
K-obiol EC25 has a complex mechanism of action, thanks to two active components.
Deltamethrin operates through contact and ingestion, blocking the nerve synapses of insects that are harmful and transmits nerve impulses to the brain, generating, paralysis and their death.
Piperonyl butoxide acts as a sinergizant by speeding up the action of the main piretroid. The stored products, treated with K-obiol EC25 acquire, after treatment, a microscopic layer of substance active which protects them against pest attacks.
The treatment may be carried out both on the warehouse surface in which are kept the products but also directly on the products (for protection of long duration) or on the materials that are used for storage (sacks, "just friends,etc.).
The preparation of the sprayer. Fill with water about a third of the sprayer volume.
Add the required quantity and shake very well, up to complete the dispersion of the insecticide, after that, fill the cup with the rest of the water.
It can be applied both in empty storage areas, as well as directly on agricultural products that are or are to be stored. Products treated by direct application can be consumed immediately, without requiring a break period (except for vegetables that must be rinsed).
Application dose:
- Treatment of storage bags: 10 ml in 5 liters of water / 100 - 150 m².
- Treatment of surfaces in silos or storage enclosures: 50-100 ml in 5 liters of water to treat empty storage spaces for 100/150 m².
- Thermal mist for combating moth: 1 part K-Obiol at 9 parts distilled from petroleum, naphtha or kerosene (1 L K-Obiol + 9 L diluent)
- Thermal mist to control other insects (bugs, ladybugs): 1 part K-Obiol to 1 part distilled oil, naphtha or kerosene (1 L K-Obiol + 1 L diluent)
Target pests: Sitophilis Granaris, Oryzaephilus Surinamensis, Plodia Interpunctella, Rhizoperta Dominica, Tribolium Castaneum, Sitotroga Cerealella, Callosobruchus Chinensis, Drosophilia Melanogaster.
Domain and area of use:
- In empty warehouses where agricultural products are to be stored;
- Directly on agricultural products that are (or are to be) stored;
- For the treatment of the bags in which the products are to be loaded;
- Tobacco deposits.
