Depending on the distances, below you can find the estimated time frames for delivering parcels in different areas of New Zealand. 

The periods mentioned are shown in business days, which means Monday - Friday.

1-2 days - North Island: Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Manawatū-Whanganui, Wellington

2-4 days - South Island: Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, Southland, Chatham Islands Territory.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Some products have free shipping, while for others, the shipping fee is a flat rate independent of the weight of the parcel, but which differs based on location. Please note the delivery fee is applied per order.

However, please note that for remote locations, additional fees can be applied, based on the additional kilometres from main urban areas.
