Biosolve E, 20 litres

Biosolve E is suitable to be applied by foaming or spraying on surfaces and equipment with an optimized formula that offers the user improved rinsing capabilities compared to other detergent formulas.

The strong alkaline formula of Biosolve E detergent has been specially developed to quickly remove manure and organic dirt, especially grease and grease, from all surfaces and equipment associated with:
-Breeders;
-Farm annexes;
-Incubators;
-Processing farms.

Composition:
Strong alkaline mixture of non-ionic surfactants and amphotericin an aqueous solution incorporating a sequestrant for effectiveness in hard water.

Instructions for use:

Spraying:
-Prepare a solution of Biosolve E at a 1% dilution (1: 100) or calibrate the dosing equipment to achieve the required dilution (higher concentrations may be required to dissolve hard-to-remove dirt).
-Spray the solution on all surfaces, at low pressure, with an application rate of 500ml / m2. Using hot water (60-65 ° C) you will improve the effects of the product, especially when there are large amounts of fat.
-Leave at least 20 minutes contact time before rinsing surfaces with clean water at high pressure.

Foaming:
-Prepare the solution between 1-2% (1: 100-1: 50) of Biosolve E or calibrate the dosing equipment to achieve the required dilution (higher concentrations may be required to dissolve the solid dirt).
-Using foaming equipment, apply Biosolve® E on all surfaces with an application rate of 300ml / m2.
-Leave at least 20 minutes of contact time before rinsing surfaces with clean water at low to medium pressure.
