U-40 HD-M

The Generator ULV Igeba U-40 HD-M is the largest motorized unit from Igeba, for very large operations. A special design, in combination with highly efficient protective measures, ensure confidence applications even in the most stringent conditions of public hygiene.

It is designed to be mounted on a vehicle and also has a remote control system included in order to be controlled from the driver's cab. The application technique is extremely safe for the service provider because he does not come into contact with the sprayed substance. The adjustable spray head offers a 360° mobility. Is indicated transporting the equipment when it operates at a reduced speed.

The application rate depends on the active ingredients and formulations used, but usually is somewhere between 0.5 and 4 liters/ per hectare. Installed in a vehicle, it is indicated to move with a speed of 10km/h. Ec (Emulsion Concentrates) and ULV formulations can be diluted with petrol, kerosene or water and WP (Wettable Bath) can be diluted with water. 

The appliance is mounted on a solid frame containing 4 shockproof portions, 4 aerosol nozzles, and each one can be operated individually, at a flow rate of approximately 40 liters/hour, maximum 60 liters/ hour (water). The solution tank is made of stainless steel (V4A) with a capacity of 75 liters. The tank can be equipped with a mixer that provides an efficient reference to BTI substances.
