Product information

Safari, 120 g is a post-emergence herbicide with systemic effects and selective action for broadleaf weed control in sugarbeet and fodder beet.

Benefits:
- Efficient herbicide for broadleaf weeds;
- Selective for all varieties of sugar beet and fodder;
- Wide application range;
- Very low dose for maximum effects;
- Solution degrades quickly in soil;
- Allows reduced dose of mixing partners;
- Controls weeds in early and advanced stages of growth;
- Rapidly metabolized by sugar beet and fodder beet.

Action mode:
- Safari is mainly absorbed by the leaves and is rapidly distributed to all growing tips of plants;
- After a few hours of absorption, weeds stop growing, discoloration and necrosis follow after 4-8 days, and complete weeds destruction is achieved within 20 days;
- After 3-4 hours of application the herbicide becomes rain resistant.

Methods of application:
For maximized effectiveness, it is recommended to apply the herbicide during the early stages of weeds development (2-3 leaves).
Depending on the level of infestation, up to 3 treatments may be required.
The last treatment must be applied before the beet plants are fully developed.
Sequential treatments can be repeated every 10-14 days, depending on reinfestation.

- Apply 30g Safari per ha per treatment + 0.1% Trend 90 for annual dicotyledonous weeds control.

Compatibility:
Compatible with most of the crop products available on the market.
Before mixing with other crop protection products, perform a small-scale compatibility test.
Compatible with pyrethroid insecticides

Recommendations:
Humidity is an important factor in obtaining the maximum effectiveness of the herbicide.
In difficult eco-climatic conditions (low rainfall, high temperatures, weeds in advanced stages of vegetation), it is recommended to use an adjuvant such as Trend.
For the control of resistant weeds, the mixture with Venzar in a dose of 0.5 l per ha is recommended.
To control grass, Safari can be mixed with antigramine herbicides.
